Print from multi purpose tray in word for mac envelopes

I have combed through the settings on multiple different occassions about trying to solve this issue.

I have A4 paper loaded into cassette 1 as that is what i want to use as the MP tray is impractoial for the location of the printer. I have fully setup the printer but i have a minor issue.Įverytime i send a job to the printer the printer brings up a message on the LCD saying that i need to load paper into the MP tray. Recently purchased a Kyocera M5521CDN for a small office.
